About Us

Bauerstaff is a specialist recruitment business serving the commercial glazing and curtain walling industries, and the structural steelwork and architectural metalwork sectors.

Through specialization and more than 25 years of recruitment experience, we understand a client’s technical job specification. Using our large, high-quality candidate database, we source the right applicants quickly and efficiently.

We recognize that agency recruitment can be an expensive process. That is why we get it right the first time. Our business is built on repeat business, and we can provide references and client endorsements on request.
